|The 5th grade classes of Mrs. Shindel and Mrs. Saccuman are again managing the TerraCycle program at PWES. TerraCycle is a company that collects difficult-to-recyle packaging and products and repurposes the material into affordable, innovative products. They are eliminating the idea of waste!
PWES receives points for all of the items that are sent to TerraCycle. The 5th graders have decided as a group to use the points that are earned to fight climate change, by supporting Carbonfund.org's innovative projects that are reducing carbon emissions worldwide.
Would you be willing to help the 5th graders by collecting TerraCycle items at home? These items will be collected for the entire school year. When your collection bag is full, please send the items to school with your child, and feel our gratitude!
Thank you for supporting citizenship in our children!
